So I was thinking, President Trump has put a hold on immigration from certain countries in the middle east. If somebody from any of those countries wants to come to the USA they could simply go from their country to a country that isn’t banned from immigration to the USA and then from there go to the USA. For instance, lets say there’s somebody from Iraq, one of the countries that has an immigration hold on it, who wants to come to the USA. They could go to Saudi Arabia which does not have an immigration hold and from there go to the USA. So people could exploit that loophole by taking that extra step.

???? …. it’s not the country of the origin of the travel flight that’s being effected – it’s the nationality of the person …. you could fly around the world thru 50 different countries if you wish – the Iraq passport still isn’t any good … and a change of nationality is a huge red flag – that’s the oldest trick in the book – a NAZI is still a NAZI even in South America

you do realize that this is just more stall tactic – it’s keeping the country vulnerable to terrorist infiltration …. the questionable people coming thru are still going to be properly vetted using the rules that are to be established – EVEN MORE VIGOROUSLY THAN EVER – warrants issued for any that think going underground is the answer …. you can get thru the gate – doesn’t mean you get to stay

the presidential power is there – might take until the new SCOTUS bench is set for the power to enforced – a new EO signed with whatever changes are necessary – EVEN MORE COUNTRIES ADDED??? – a longer period than 120 days /perhaps 6-8 months ???

The paths between the beds are too narrow for my wheelbarrow (it’s one of the large, 2-wheeled, “contractor”-sized wheelbarrows.) In any case, from where we’ll dump the manure to the planting beds isn’t far…in fact, I’ll probably have him dump it where the next set of beds will be going; that way, any “leftover” manure will already be where it needs to be.

I had to rebuild my two wheeler with new axle bearing blocks – added a 3rd tire in the middle for extra load bearing capacity ….

After that, got 5 of the beds planted–3 with different varieties of Swiss Chard (Fordhook Giant, Lucullus, and Ruby) and 2 with lettuce (Parris Island Romaine and Buttercrunch.)

We made quite a dent in the manure pile today. Later, we’ll bring more of it from the manure pile to a pile in the garden. From there, I’ll have to fill a 5-gallon bucket to take it to the 7 beds that we can’t get to with the tractor.

exposed (visible) piping or underground buried piping run?

exposed – invest in pipe heat tape – will thaw the existing blockage and prevent future problems when the winter temps are a threat …

underground? …. damn site harder and the damage could already be done …. you can just wait for the thaw …. there’s always a hot/warm water backflow method possible – you need a hose run out to the outside faucet from your hot water heater or warm water faucet – the warm water will backflow to the point(s) of frozen obstructions …. you’ll need a double ended female fitting length of hose (like on your clothes washing machine) – it’ll give you the final connection between the hose and outside faucet ….

if you get the water running – start a constant tiny flow from that outside faucet – flowing water doesn’t freeze …

I will say when buying American read where it was manufactured, don’t go buy that typically used American flag. I’m noticing plenty of sellers mostly online are placing our flag on overseas goods. I think they get away with it because it doesn’t say Made in the USA, it’s just a sleazy marketing ploy.

that sort of thing is going to be looked at harder – the %s of overseas parts determining country of manufacture is going to be enforced ….

just watch what happens with these Jap car manufacturers – bringing over the drive train and calling it “American made” ….

After re-reading the OP article, do you think the 2nd Amendment will ever be threatened again?

After all, a number of the liberal preppers interviews in the article are actually buying guns in fear of a tyrannical government.

Or will they forget as soon as a Democrat is elected to the WH?

we managed to get thru the past 8 years without the balloon popping – don’t ask me how – but I think one of the overall reasons is getting booted out today …. good impetus for – more – expanded – enlarged – violent – rioting ….

you’ll never see anti-2A laws proposed again after a major all encompassing nationwide riot – the next 3 generations will have distinct stories to pass along ….

I heard James O’Keefe interviewed on our local (Philly) talk radio station this morning, and he said they have video of these far-left groups discussing putting butyric acid into the ventilation system of the National Press Club, where the Deploriball is being held. They planned to set off the fire sprinklers somewhere.

Several of these people had tickets to the inauguration and balls, they planned to shut down the Metro, chain the trains to keep them from running, punch “nazis” in the throat (they are talking about the pro-Trump people, not themselves ironically), etc.

O’Keefe said the police/FBI told him that arrests were planned for a number of the thugs on these videos and their affiliates today.

saw the video – not just some BSing going on over drinks – dead freaking serious about the gas attack … if the FBI investigates it they’ll find the preped materials and most likely the advance planning being conducted on security cameras ….

to be a successful & fully prepared prepper – prepared for the FULL gambit of SHTFs – not a 72 Hour FEMA prepper – and that’s what these newbie liberal preppers are contending that they are prepping toward ….

there’s certain inner traits that need to be present – traits that are 180 degrees opposed to what makes a liberal a liberal …. not saying a liberal prepper won’t make – sheeple will make it over the very best prepared preppers – but what a liberal would consider to inconceivable inner demons will be faced in a serious SHTF … not being able to do what’s necessary – when necessary – will prove disastrous if not totally lethal ….

just shows how poor a prepper these liberals really are – takes more than “things” – takes knowledge along with savvy, common sense and practicality ….

bad enough to be a good prepper and have the unprepared liberal sheeple to contend with – but purposely move into a liberal enclave of nothing but sheeple … that takes a Hellery supporter to explain that logic ….

the Secret Service will caught the eventual hell if something goes wrong on the 2 mile stretch – but the cops and guardsmen that have to possibly do riot duty without proper gear will catch the real hell – wish those guys plenty of luck ….

Our own polititions aren’t even going to show up, the Dems. are up to 23 representatives not going and the list is growing. Even they want to protest the inauguration and this is more power given to all the other protesters.

Uncle Vladamire is having his way with the U.S. now and we as americans fell for it hook, line and sinker.

so what – who cares? …. when they show up with their hat in hand wanting to work a compromise with the non-president Trump – he has a legit reason to tell them to go screw ….

if they want to stay delusional about who has the power in DC – so be it ….

out of most of the states – the DemoCraps in PA are the most vulnerable – no question what-so-ever to the PA citizens that Trump is president

There is also a show on TV called “the Colony”, not Colony. Kind of a prepper reality show. I found it while looking for the show Illini started this thread about.

actually two seasons of The Colony – first was set in an industrial area of LA and centered around a warehouse of a mixed survivor group …. Season Two was set just outside a Louisiana swamp and involved a FEMA type pandemic scenario ….

decent enough to watch if nothing else to do ….
