A lot of parents and kids will find pleasure in reconnecting to each other after they are forced to leave their online lives behind.

There was a reality show years ago that had several groups of people live on the prairie for 6 months, homesteading like they did back in the day. Near the end one kid was asked what he would miss most when the show was over and they went back home. His answer, “spending time with my dad.”

Hi Partner; hope all is well with you and yours. I wish to ask something and if you think if its a bad Idea let me know? I also belong to a group called the Carolina Preppers Network. Most meetings have between twenty and forty members attending. Will it be ok to open our camping meet-up to this group and invite anyone who may wish to come for a meet & Greet? Many are new and are hungry for information. just an idea. But; of course I’ll have to run this by the leader of this group for an ok. :)

Everyone is welcome, but the last time I checked all of the campsites were reserved except for two walk ups that they are holding on a first come first serve bases

There is a group camp within walking distance, but I do not know if it is available. They would have to check.

Data collection should be against the law.

Having said that, I want the government to know who I am; they work for me (us). If we remain in the shadows, hiding as if we are doing something wrong, they will use that against us, and try to convince other Americans that we should be looked at with suspicion.

North Carolina Meetups • Re: Thinking about a A.N.T.S. and APN meetup in NC?

April 30, 2017 founderant 0

I don’t mind as long as you make the Meetup.com group a colony page. In other words create a A.N.T.S colony name for yourself and use it for your Meetup group. I know that there was a local colony out west that was doing the same thing.

There is a large Meetup.com Prepper group that meets regularly in Mathews called Carolina Preppers. They do a lot of things together and I spoke at one of their meetings 2 years ago.

You might want to join their group, unless you just want to form a local A.N.T.S colony group.

I still want to do an overnight sometime in June, It will just be a small gathering most liking to meet up and go over A.N.T.S guidelines. I will try to set a date this week.

Fireant and myself will also be camping at Prepper Camp this year in September if you would like to Meetup there. If you never been, I think you will like it. Lots of classes
